Employer DIMA applications and nominations
In conjunction with our registered migration agent our team provides assistance in the submission of Department of Immigration visa applications for international workers.
Dependent on the specific job skills required and the internal organisational culture BCR works closely with clients to source skilled labour that meets the unique needs of their operation.
All BCR Meat Industry candidates have the required minimum 3 years experience in accordance with DIMA requirements.
In conjunction with our channel partners we have each candidate assessed in their country of origin for skill level and competency by an Australian TAFE Institution. As part of this accreditation authorised TAFE assessment officers run a three week assessment program at our training institute in Henan, China. The program consists of two weeks theoretical examination and one week of practical examination in the abattoir. Upon successful completion to the examiners standards the candidate is certified to the Certificate III Mintrac Standard.
It is a DIMA requirement that a registered migration agent is utilised in the employer application and visa approval process to ensure compliance with sponsorship obligations and regulations. BCR engages specialist partners to provide these services to assist and expedite the approvals process.
If clients have a preferred supplier of migration services BCR will work closely with the employer and agent to facilitate the applications, nominations and approvals.
BCR is able to provide professional re-location services to assist the client to re-locate the candidate in their new city or town with ease. Our services offered are comprehensive and range from an initial orientation and induction program to planning a large scale relocation with transit management, housing, furniture removals, school placements & language training.
